My focus on growth, sharp eye and relentless dedication to achieving results have led to numerous favourable outcomes for clients during my digital career.
These outcomes have been evident at each stage of the marketing funnel: from increasing top of funnel traffic through paid and organic media; improving site conversion rate; and refining the customer experience post sale.
I am a results driven and motivated individual, with a highly autonomous working style. I always strive for the best outcome in whichever project I am working on. I have a background in competitive sport, having competed internationally in Europe for 2 years while representing New Zealand at an Elite level and winning numerous national cycling titles. The resilience and a dedication to achieving results I developed from elite sport have directly translated into my professional career.

- Current projects
BoardPro offers low touch, elegant board software - allowing SMEs and NFPs to run more effective board meetings. I manage performance marketing - including paid ($400k p.a.), SEO, referral and other channels.
Milk Books sells premium custom photo books and photo albums online. I consult on SEO, specifically, ongoing technical support, content strategy and management of a remote link building team based in the Philippines.
NZ Motorhome Rentals is a personal side hustle. In 2022, the project produced $240k in total transactional value - and $18k in commissions, with minimal overhead. Through organic and paid search, the goal is to become the dominant player offering motorhome rental for the NZ destination market. Currently offers campervan rental in English across 15 locations - with 8 additional secondary languages being added by the end of 2023.
Since July 2021, I have been expanding my growth and marketing knowledge via Reforge. Reforge offers selective growth-focused programs for experienced professionals in marketing, product, data, and engineering. Programs are led by world class growth practitioners including Brian Balfour (former VP Growth @ HubSpot) & Andrew Chen (Growth @ Uber).
