What I do
I help companies build and improve the systems that sit between marketing activity and revenue.
That usually means generating pipeline in a B2B environment, improving conversion and lifecycle performance in DTC, or tightening the reporting and infrastructure needed to make growth more measurable and repeatable.
I tend to be most useful where things are a bit messy, the stakes are real, and there is a need to turn activity into a clearer commercial engine.

A bit about me
I’m a growth and marketing leader with 11 years’ experience across healthtech, SaaS, and e-commerce.
Most recently I’ve led growth at Flow Neuroscience across both B2B and DTC, spanning paid acquisition, lifecycle/CRM, CRO, and growth infrastructure. Before that I led growth at Care Fertility and helped scale BoardPro, a B2B SaaS platform, through structured experimentation, better systems, and tighter measurement.
Alongside full-time roles, I’ve also advised a range of companies through my consultancy work across strategy, acquisition, CRO, and analytics.
Selected highlights
Halo & Flow Neuroscience
Led growth for Halo at Flow Neuroscience, helping generate about $600k USD in revenue and ~1,200 sales in the first 9 months.
Care Fertility
Built the CRM and email function from scratch at Care Fertility and led HubSpot Sales and Marketing Hub implementation.
BoardPro
Helped scale BoardPro from $1.8m to $5m ARR, while increasing top-of-funnel traffic by 450%.
